Inspired by the tales of Pavel Dobšinský, this fairy tale story is narrated by an angel and a devil, representatives of good and evil. They observe and comment on our human actions, offering the audience the opportunity for interaction. At the same time, they are a reflection of the good and evil within us. However, the choices we make are ultimately up to us.

In order to know/find out where we want to go, we should understand where we come from. And so we go back in time to the era of our ancestors. Old folk sayings often hold life wisdom of the peasant mind, reminding us, for example, that a lie has short legs. But with humility and kindness in our hearts, we can succeed and make ourselves understood throughout the world. How will our protagonist Paľo fare? His journey – both joyful and perilous, filled with humor and songs – will reveal his transformation from a boy into a young man. The performance is supported by significant artistic  elements and songs.
