A famous storyteller Rashid Khalifa lives with his wife Soraya and son Haroun in the country called Alifbai, in the town so sad that it has forgotten its name. People love to listen to his amazing stories until his wife Soraya runs away with his neighbour. The storyteller Rashid losses his unique gift of eloquent speech. His son Haroun decides to help him get back this unique skill. In exceptional circumstances, he befriends with a water genie Aktak and a big flying Hoopoe. They both help him to get to the land of Kahani and its two kingdoms Gup and Chup where he is involved in a great battle to save the Ocean of Notions. An adventurous mission is then successful and, following an unfortunate beginning, happiness comes back to Haroun’s and Rashid’s life.
