The current Slovak game, which may not even take place in such a distant future. How to quickly get money from the EU funds? How to quickly get to a business that has its benefits? One family, one idea and a joint power play. Adriana Krúpova has created the play from the world of theater and business at the same time. If the lucrative focus of a new company is sought, it turns out that the world of theater is probably the most exciting, the most attractive and the most interesting. His behind-the-scenes intrigues, grant stresses, artificial and actual reporting of activities. If it wasn’t the refined fact, it might have come out as a parody. The world of the big boss and his team is a revelation of the mechanism of small compromises, tiny decisions that everyone will make and like when it comes to their own business. The play It Can Be Saved is utopic already in its name and characters, which are also lively and spicy, because some of them know exactly what they want and how to achieve it. As small fish, they just want to survive in a world of even bigger fish that deal with even more important things than theater.
The play was created as part of the Theater Institution project The Odes and the Farces and is directed by Juraj Bielik, it will be the Slovak premiere of the play.
